Orders placed with BalkanHerbs are processed the same day.

Most orders are despatched by Bulgaria Post from Chepelare in the Rhodopi Mountains within 3 working days. Delivery times vary, but for most European countries our clients receive their items in 10 working days or less.

Unfortunately there is no economical tracked delivery service available from Bulgaria; the only options are couriers, which our clients find prohibitively expensive, or BG Registered Post which is of limited value since it only tracks as far as the Sofia airport! In fact, over many years and thousands of packages, we have only ever had a handful of parcels go astray.
